Your Child’s First Visit
Your child’s first visit will be focused on us getting to know both of you and making sure your favorite smile feels comfortable. You are more than welcome to come to the back with them, and we encourage parents to be as involved as they want in their child’s appointments.
After they soak in the colorful murals and enjoy our interactive projection game, your child will be escorted to the treatment area. The first thing we’ll ask them is what they would like to watch on the TV on the ceiling, and we have a wide selection to choose from, including the most popular Disney movies.
From there, our team and doctors will talk to you and your child about their dental health, perform an exam, take some X-rays, and discuss their ongoing treatment plan based on our observations.
Patient Forms
You can fill out our forms 100% online to take one thing off of your to-do list, and this will help us check your child in nice and fast on the day of their visit. However, if someone other than a parent will be bringing your child to us, please have them fill out the non-parent authorization form below so they can give it to us on the day of their appointment.
